Keith T. Sherman, OD
Dr. Sherman was born in Elwood, Indiana, and graduated from Wendell L. Willkie High School. He was a Hoosier Scholar and received a Bachelor of Science in Optometry from Indiana University and a Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University in 1975. He has been in practice in Maysville since 1975 and in Flemingsburg since 1985. Dr. Sherman is a member of the Northern Kentucky Optometric Society, the Kentucky Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Sherman has been a member of the Mason County Board of Health and has coached various youth sports in Maysville and Mason County. In his spare time he enjoys golf, fishing and IU basketball. Dr. Sherman resides in Mason County with his family.

Gregory E. Taylor, OD
Gregory E. Taylor, O.D. is a lifelong resident of Maysville, graduating from Maysville High School in 1978 and completing his undergraduate work at Transylvania University in Lexington. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis Tennessee in 1986. Dr. Taylor is an active member of the Kentucky Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He is a past president of the Northern Kentucky Optometric Society and served on the Kentucky Optometric Association’s Board of Trustees from 1999 – 2005. Dr. Taylor has served on the Mason County Board of Health since 2007. In 2004, Dr Taylor completed a two year course of study in the diagnosis of retinal disorders from the Southern Council of Optometrists in Atlanta, GA. At completion, he earned the Southern Diplomate in Retina. The same year he also received the prestigious Optometric Recognition Award, given by the American Optometric Association for completing 150 hours of continuing education during a three year period. He was awarded the President’s Award from the Kentucky Optometric Association in 2005.
In his spare time, Dr. Taylor serves in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. He currently serves as Division Commander and is a certified Coxswain. He has been appointed as the Deputy Director of Maysville/ Mason County Emergency Management. He is a founding member and Assistant Chief of the Buffalo Trace Search and Rescue Team trained in Search Management and Man Tracking.
He holds a FCC license (KY4OD) as an Amateur Radio Operator and is a licensed pilot under part 107. Dr. Taylor regularly donates his services to the Kentucky Vision Project which provides eye care and free glasses for Kentucky’s low income families. He enjoys reading, hiking and photography. He is married to Cindy and they have one son, Daniel.
